Bit of a bind with the do's and don't s and where you can and can't wear bracelet and what you can and can't do, no changes regarding abundance ect but time will tell,unfortunately cannot wear bracelet due to constantly having hands in water but happy with purchase .
Its been 2 weeks since I received my bracelet and have not felt any significant changes. The size of the bracelet is too big for me about 4 beads and would have been good if there are diffent sizes available. I will still continue to wear and hoping to get an outcome per the product description
